Director of Engineering
Rimon brings a solid foundation in civil engineering and a track record of leadership in the construction industry to the team at KMCE. His extensive experience, accumulated over two decades, highlights a broad array of skills in project management, procurement, and quality control, honed through involvement in many large and complex engineering projects. Rimon is committed to driving and maintaining the high standards we’re known for as well as elevating all of KMCE’s projects to new levels of innovation, collaboration, and efficiency.
Robby Hansen, RPLS, LSLS
Director of Survey
With two decades of experience at the forefront of land surveying and 10 years of experience developing and leading survey programs, Robby has distinguished himself as a true industry leader. His proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, including Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, empowers him to spearhead the development of our surveying practice at KMCE. Robby’s vision and expertise are instrumental in providing comprehensive topographic, boundary, and title surveys, while further enhancing our subsurface utility engineering services.
Joey Whiteside
Director of Operations
With over 12 years of experience in utility designation with Texas One-Call / 811 and 5 years of service at KMCE, Joey is an expert in subsurface utility engineering, field designation, and test hole services. As the Operations Director for KMCE, he oversees and leads our utility location services with an unwavering commitment to quality and precision. Joey’s exceptional ability to work with a diverse range of clients with complex utility location infrastructures and needs is a testament to his incomparable skills and expertise
Brooke Whiteside
Director of Accounts
With her exceptional teambuilding skills and attention to detail, Brooke facilitates smooth operations and streamlined processes at KMCE. She utilizes her extensive background in corporate operations and is adept at handling many tasks, including scheduling, documentation, project controls, invoicing and client communications. With her friendly and approachable demeanor, Brooke fosters a positive work environment and plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism that KMCE continually strives for.

Survey Party Chief
With his keen eye for detail and expert knowledge of surveying techniques, Matthew drives
accurate and precise data collection in the field. He brings extensive experience in the industry and is adept at using state-of-the-art survey equipment and technology to gather critical information for our projects. Matthew’s dedication to quality and commitment to delivering results on time make him an invaluable team member at KMCE.
Dorsey Johnson
Field Operations Manager
Dorsey’s SUE experience includes over 10 years of utility designation with Texas One-Call /811, and he provides field supervision for KMCE’s SUE field services. Dorsey is skilled at troubleshooting and solving complex issues as they occur in the field, and has led SUE field efforts for many project types including pipelines, renewable energy sites. State DOT projects and electrical transmission lines.
